The Williams & Kramer partners have extensive knowledge of unique financial programs to assist our developments. This includes everything from tax credits, environmental programs, and special financing programs. We have an expertise in acquisition of long-term investments.

Brad Williams has spent the past 25 years in senior management positions with a focus on strategic planning, management, resource allocation, and mergers and acquisitions. The companies he is a partner, shareholder, or member of have a combined real estate value totaling over $600 million. He has a significant portion of his personal assets in multifamily investment properties.


Brad was most recently a member of the LLC that has served as the Sterling Real Estate Trust Advisor since the inception of Sterling Properties as a real estate investment trust.  He is a shareholder of Sterling and is recently retired from his position as the Managing Director and a member of the board of directors of Goldmark Property Management, Inc., the largest property management company for Sterling.


Prior to joining Goldmark, Brad was a principal and consultant with LBW Management, LLC. He has served in a variety of chief executive management positions such as Executive Vice President for Ottertail Corporation, President of Dakota Beverage Company, and Managing Director of multiple Pepsi Bottling operations in Europe.


Brad has served the community through such leadership positions as Chairman of the Board of the Fargo Cass County Economic Development Corporation, a member of the North Dakota Development Fund Board, president of the First Lutheran Church Council, and as the chairman of two boards for the Governor of North Dakota, the Workforce Development Council and the Faith-Based and Community Initiatives Advisory Commission.


Titus Williams is the Vice President and Secretary Treasurer of Missouri Valley REIT, Inc. and serves as Chief Operations Officer of Missouri Valley REIT Management, LLC. He owns and has operated many multifamily and commercial real estate partnerships in the Midwest since 2006. Titus has developed multifamily and commercial buildings with focus on the millennial generation. He holds real estate licenses in Missouri.


Titus has worked as a financial consultant with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions for companies like BKD, LLP, a top-ten accounting firm. He also worked with the North Dakota Development Fund analyzing start-up companies in search of loans or equity investments. He previously served as the legislative analyst for the Governor of North Dakota during the 2005 legislative session.


Additionally, Titus has held the position of adjunct international business professor for Dickinson State University and King Saud University located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri and an MBA from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. Titus and his wife have one daughter.


John Kramer is a cross-functional leader with a dynamic career in the economic/business development industry. He is a Certified Economic Developer, the leading industry designation that represents demonstrated competency in economic development with a high-level of knowledge and practical experience in the field.


John has 35 years of experience in multi-organization management, directing start-up, turnaround, and high-growth organizations. He is credited as one of the top marketers in the nation, accomplished by thorough target industry analysis and aggressive marketing programs.


He has a strong professional presence and has demonstrated proficiency in consensus building and team building. He is adept at public speaking, media interviews, briefings, and board of director presentations. He is recognized as an industry resource person.


He is well known in the political arena, writing economic development legislation and serving on state, regional, and national boards. He has innovated funding campaigns for economic development, raising millions of dollars.


John has developed and marketed tech, industrial, agricultural, and office parks in five states. He has utilized his strong knowledge of local, state, and federal programs to assist clients with expansion and relocation activities. He is also a leader in workforce development programs.
