Historic Commercial Developments LLC has purchased the Missouri Hotel and six nearby buildings along Commercial Street in Springfield, MO.

Plans for the 3.5-acre campus of C Street Development involve converting the buildings into residential space, retail stores, and restaurants.

Historic Commercial Developments LLC hopes to restore the hotel similarly to the way it looked in its glory days from the 1930-50s.
